Wonderboard – FRP polyester sheet 2,3 In the food industry it is very important that the walls in your premises meet the HACCP requirements.In new construction one often looks to the usual solutions, like tile work and steel or aluminium sandwich panels. Most common disadvantage of tile work is that this is not impact resistant enough, which may cause that the enamel comes of the tiles or they might even crack. The joints go broken and are difficult to clean and so there are serious points where bacteria can settle. After a longer period of cleaning there is often great wear and tear of the joints. Steel or aluminium sandwich panels can go rusting or corrosion occurs. The cause of corrosion formation is often created by damage on the panels.
Wonderboard does not have these disadvantages and is, without space loss, directly bondable against flat surfaces.With surfaces we mean: plaster, gas/ cells, concrete, steel insulation panels, masonry, tiles, stucco and wood.
The Wonderboard is a fibreglass- reinforced polyester sheet with a thickness of 1,5 and 2,3mm. The sheet has a unique merged protective layer and therefore is impact resistant, 100% waterproof, easy to clean etc. The sheet is easy to bond on the surfaces named above.
The fire class of the Panel is standard Euroclass E according to EN 13501-1. Different preferences in the fire class are possible.
Wonderboard – Sandwichpanel 15
When there is a coating on the existing walls or when the wall is in poor condition, we advise 15 mm sandwichpanels, which can be placed directly against the walls with the 2-piece connections.
The fire class of the panel is standard Euroclass E according to EN 13501-1 and the core of the sandwichpanel is standard EPS 25. Dimensions as defined below. Different preferences in the core, fire class and dimensions are possible.
Wonderboard – Sandwichpanel 35
It is ofcourse also possible to make a converter wall of Wonderboard sandwichpanels to make an uneven wall straight again, or if there are pipes and obstacles which should be eliminated. Justify the wall with a wooden or metal construction. Than place the 35 mm sandwichpanels which are connected with the 2-piece connection.
The fire class of the panel is standard Euroclass E according to EN 13501-1 and the core of the sandwichpanel is standard EPS 25. Dimensions as defined below. Different preferences in the core, fire class and dimensions are possible.
Wonderboard – Partition Panel
