Fixing HACCP wall and ceiling panels. How does that work?
Hygienic wall panels of Wonder Board, which meet the HACCP standards, can be mounted on any surface. However, should satisfy a number of conditions when the panels are installed as a wall or ceiling.

dry walls
The walls must be dry, not just for the view, but actually the moisture from the wall. Use a dryer construction, length of time of drying is situated on the humidity of the walls.

Remove any obstructions so that the cleaning and installation is simple.

When flaking paint, rust or a coating layer
Clean existing wall
Remove grease, adhesive residues and contaminants. Use the appropriate cleaner. Rub with a cloth in the same direction.

Scoured the back (where the glue comes) with a cleaner, acetone or equivalent
Check the moisture in walls
Use a moisture meter
The surface is still wet, dry the entire space.

The primer is intended to promote a good adhesion of the glue. Do you have smooth surfaces like tile or painting using the primer.

Connecting with 2-component adhesive
The glue may be applied after treatment of the above-mentioned requirements, on the wall. The miracle board panels should after placing are connected to each other so that no dirt can get between or behind the panels. The compound can be done by:

Please note that concerns 2-component adhesive
In the application of the 2-component adhesive, it is of the utmost importance that, in the joint, and is not only placed there between. The cause is the use of an excessively thin area between the end of the panel and the adhesive tape. When the stripping of the joint with a knife, the adhesive will be too thin, so there is already at a small shrinkage of the plate, cracks occur in the 2-component adhesive.
In some cases, it is even advisable to apply a convex joint. We advise in areas where external temperature differences are important, for example, think of cold in hot environments.

After the two-component adhesive or connection profiles are used, the corners are finished with profiles to create dirt-proof walls. The space now meets all hygiene requirements and is ready for use. The hygienic walls can now do their work at: Butchers, bakeries, car washes, hospitals, chemical industry, kitchens, refrigerators and freezers, fish and food processing and sanitary areas.
